CIP4 IGAS Planning Group coordinated the CIP4/JDF Mini Interoperability Test Event in Tokyo from 2nd through 4th July, 2007. It was held at the Tokyo Mid-town and Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. arranged the room for this event. It was the first Japanese only Interop in CIP4 history.

Around 40 Japanese people from 19 companies and 1 organization attended to this event. Some new faces were there. Systems tested at there were based on JDF V.1.2 or 1.3.

Komori sent two software engineers mainly for trainer of this Mini Interop because Komori has enough experience per many Interop events in the world. Registered product was K-Station Ver. 2.12B at that time. Komori tested with systems of 7 companies during 3 days.

Based on the result of this event, CIP4 will have a Pavilion in IGAS 2007, Tokyo and many members will exhibit their products and interoperability between systems.
